We left Cape Town to then discover Santa Lucia, Eswatini (formerly Swaziland), private reserves and the Kruger National Park, the Blyde River canyon and Johannesburg (road trip + 2 domestic flights).
Vanessa was very attentive during the preparation of our trip and understood our expectations very well. She prepared a top-notch road map for us and once there, she was very available and attentive to ensure that everything went well.

The accommodation was very comfortable, most of the time with locals, which also allowed us to meet great people, whether it was Sandy in Cape Town or Bobo in the mountain village in Eswatini.
Last but not least, South Africa also has safaris. The choice of nature reserves by Kamaroutes was truly optimal, each having its own specificities. We were able to observe many wild animals up close, including all the Big Five!

“It was a marvellous 3 weeks trip, from Cap to Victoria Falls passing through lots of places.
Great accommodation with maybe an improvement to have for Johannesburg (see below),
Cape Town: Christopher is a perfect guide. Avoid going to Table Moutain on weekends, too many people.
Hermanus: be careful the whale season ends mid November. A must-see.
Franschhoek: nice wine tasting opportunities, but you should book the top range.
Oudtshoorn: Ostriches are worth a visit and also the Cango caves.
Knysna: even if it rains, the lagoon cruise is interesting. Otherwise, the city itself does not offer much interest, Mini local museum with free entry and participation in the choice.
Saint Lucia: another judicious discovery; we loved both the boat trip and the safari.
Dumazulu traditional village: really for tourists, does not offer interest.
All the game reserves we did- Hluhluhwe, Shishangeni, Sabie sands, Klaserie are different and, consequently, offer a multitude of views on the flora and fauna.
Swaziland: an obligatory detour, very enriching, very true.
Blyde river canyon: superb landscapes and panoramas, on the other hand, Pilgrim’s Rest did not inspire us. Maybe get there in the morning?
Johannesburg: excellent guides and highlights at the Apartheid Museum.
Victoria Falls: Even with only half the water, a truly magical site. Chobe River and the game drive in Chobe National Park were a perfect ending to our trip.”

“We returned a week ago from a trip to South Africa. We traveled with my wife and my 21 year old daughter. We prepared this 9 day trip with Vanessa and it included car rental, transfer, hotels, guide, game reserves.
We spent the first day in Johannesburg with a local guide (Thomas) and the presence of Vanessa all day. It was a memorable day. Thomas is a super friendly and knowledgeable guide. As for Vanessa, she is available and always very pleasant. In addition, she speaks French perfectly. The next day, our car was delivered to the hotel. The week went by without problem. Everything was very well organized and the services were in line with what we had booked. A few messages from Vanessa during the week to see if everything is going well.
